“The most overrated hotel on planet earth. Furniture all chipped, personal safe and AC literally from the 80s. Carpet so old and stained. Park view rooms aren’t park view, they’re views of the car park in front of the hotel. Breakfast selection is limited and the only quality products are the pastries. The pancakes and waffles are so dry. On numerous occasions I’d call the reception and no one would answer at all. Poor service. The only good thing about the hotel is the view by the Bosphorus. The worst value for money 1200 euros I’ve ever spent in my life.”

“Outstanding. Friendly staff, lovely breakfasts, an Olympic size pool, and a wonderful view of the Bosphorus. It is a resort hotel which has everything, including excellent spa facilities, multiple restaurants and bars. For the historically minded, I recommend a tour of the old palace.”
