“The staff including the manager was very rude. We arrived at the hotel at approx. 1230 pm and was told our room wasn't ready yet. Which was understandable, however we waited until 245 when a shuttle arrived from the airport full of new arrivals that were all checked in and given rooms while we still continued to still wait. I called and spoke with the manager and explained that I was in the lobby watching other people being checked in ahead of us after we had already waited over 2 hours. He said he would come out and speak with us. He never did. After everyone else was checked in and given a room they the checked us in. We will not stay at a comfort suites again. The young girl (crystal) that keep us waiting was very rude any time we tried to ask her something. The young lady (erika)that checked us in was actually the only pleasant person we encountered. We were very disappointed.”

“Clean and very nice for family with little children! Close to the airport. The breakfast is included, and it is perfect to start your day with children, you don’t need to spend more money. There are a lot of parking, and you can find restaurants and fast food close to the hotel. There a laundry at the second floor, perfect to wash your clothes. It isn’t expensive. I think is 1.75$ for washing and another 1.75$ for drying.”
