“Fantastic stay at the newly renovated Thompson. The rooms were brand new and very nicely appointed. What really makes this a true 5-star are the people. Everybody, and I mean everybody goes out of there way to make your experience out of his world. The head of the grounds crew brought us fresh coconuts and cut flowers. The gent would clean the tennis courts every morning and stock the cooler with ice and waters. The waiters on the restaurant in the morning were so great and the service impeccable. The beach service from Juan, Erich and Pedro was nothing short of excellence. Marcos and Pedro in the bar are great and offer you a great experience and atmosphere. The beach, pools, gym and grounds are all beautiful and well kept. Very relaxing and enjoyable 14 days.”
