“Idéalement situé, l’hôtel est très propre et entièrement rénové, il offre d’agréables espaces communs et une très belle terrasse. Le personnel est très prévenant et à l’écoute. Ce n’est pas un hôtel propice au farniente vu sa situation hyper centre mais top pour celles et ceux qui veulent visiter Rome. Nous reviendrons pour cela mais aussi et surtout pour l’équipe car du bagagiste au directeur ils étaient tous très professionnels et sympathiques. De nombreux établissements, y compris des 5 étoiles, pourraient prendre exemple sur eux pour l’accueil, l’empathie et le sens du service client.”
