“Eu reservei um pacote de férias e paguei adiantado por toda a estadia. A pessoa na recepção não sabia como fazer nosso check-in continuamente ficava saindo para perguntar a um gerente. Demorou mais de 45 minutos para fazer o check-in e acabei precisando gastar US $ 550 adicionais para fazer o check-in por causa da falta de comunicação e um conflito de políticas entre Southwest Vacations e Four Points. Ao lidar com este problema, o gerente não apareceu uma única vez para ajudar ou se desculpar pelo problema. Também é extremamente frustrante que eles tenham me pedido para ligar para a Southwest para tentar resolver o problema sozinho. Como alguém do atendimento ao cliente, se houver um problema devido a um conflito entre nossa empresa e outra empresa, eu nunca imaginaria pedir a um cliente para ser o intermediário. É extremamente pouco profissional. Então, acompanhar isso dizendo ao cliente que sua única opção é gastar mais dinheiro para fazer o check-in é a cereja do bolo. Estou a milhares de quilômetros de casa e com um cronograma, se tivesse mais tempo para lidar com essa situação, teria 100% decidido não ficar aqui e encontrado outro hotel, especialmente depois de ver e cheirar o quarto. O problema continuou e foi finalmente resolvido durante o check-out e depois de várias ligações para a recepção / atendimento ao hóspede e para a Southwest Vacations. O gerente finalmente apareceu e me disse que eu teria que ligar para a Southwest Vacations e obter um reembolso da estadia ou entrar em contato com a Southwest Vacations e pedir que enviassem ao hotel um e-mail com as informações do cartão de crédito, o que é contra a política da Southwest e dado ao hotel por telefone no dia anterior. Salve a si mesmo e sua sanidade e encontre um hotel melhor! Town and Country Resort é MARAVILHOSO e tem uma equipe extremamente atenciosa e gentil!”

“The hotel is round so the rooms are an odd shape, like a wedge. Location can't be beat — right off the freeway (request a room facing away if you're a light sleeper!) and walking distance to the many restaurants and attractions in Little Italy. Staff were wonderful, especially Billie at the front desk. Self-parking on site is $30/day, not too bad.”
