“Booked the club double room for my mother, unfortunately she was not impressed at all. With the club room I assumed it was be a water view, but not even that. Check the picture of the breakfast! I understand it can't be a buffet, but breakfast is not served like that even in the cheapest hotels! Very dissapointed.”

“Lovely, comfortable, clean hotel with views over the Quays, great for my daily walk. My review is for credit due to all the staff. From Jessica on reception, to Kevin the chef who was so very accommodating for my allergies at such short notice! (The fish pie, korma and steak very delicious! Thank you). Thanks also the Gareth for sorting my room and ultimately to Chris, the manager, for having such a great team and being so accommodating. I'd definitely look to stay here outside of work needs and Covid times.
